Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Opened, used, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • All serial numbers, barcodes, and product identifiers must match our records. Returns with mismatched or missing numbers will be automatically denied.
  • Returns must include all original components, accessories, and documentation. Missing items will void the return.

Important Notes:

  1. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
  2. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  3. Packages must be shipped using a trackable shipping method, with tracking details provided to us upon shipment.
  4. Any claims of defects or errors must include photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label.

Return Process:

  1. Request Approval: Contact us at returns.kalijdesign@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
  2. Provide Proof:
    • A detailed explanation of the reason for the return
    • Clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and serial numbers
    • A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase
  3. Approval Required: Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a return authorization (RA) number and instructions if approved. Items sent without an RA number will be rejected.
  4. Inspection: Upon receipt, the item will be inspected for condition, matching serial numbers, and any signs of use. Returns that fail inspection will be rejected and sent back at the buyer’s expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Clear photos of the item and the damage or error
  • Photos of the original packaging, shipping label, and box contents
  • The serial number or barcode on the product

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used items
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Items with missing or altered serial numbers

Refund Policy:
Refunds will only be issued after the item is received, inspected, and approved. Any rejected returns can be shipped back to the buyer at their expense. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval.

Fraud Prevention Notice:
We take fraudulent claims seriously. To prevent abuse:

  • Serial numbers, barcodes, and proof of purchase will be verified for all returns.
  • Mismatched or altered information will result in denial of the return.
  • Accounts flagged for excessive returns or abuse will no longer be eligible for returns.
