  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup from our Retro Toy Showroom at:
1302 Monte Vista Ave #20, Upland, CA 91786.

Pickup Hours:

  • Weekdays (Mon-Fri): 2 PM - 6 PM
  • Saturday: 3 PM - 6 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

How it Works:

  • When your order is ready, you will receive a notification via email or text.
  • Upon arrival, please knock or ring the doorbell for assistance.
  • Bring your order confirmation email for verification before pickup.

Domestic Shipping

  • We ship to most locations within the United States.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee at checkout.

International Shipping

  • International shipping is available to select countries.
  • Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • We do not make changes to the shipping address once the order is placed. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or reshipped without additional charges.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but not received, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Stolen Packages: We recommend shipping to secure addresses. We are not liable for stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • Damaged Packages: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns.kalijdesign@gmail.com. Include the following in your email:
    • Photos of the damaged item
    • Photos of the original packaging and shipping label
    • Your order confirmation email

Packages reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for a claim.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • It is your responsibility to track the package and ensure timely retrieval upon delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses at this time.
